14 January 2026 at the Royal Oak, Little Cawthorpe at 7.00 pm and 7.30 pm respectively. They are as follows:
A Special Meeting of the Parish Council to be held at 7.00 pm with the following Agenda:

Followed by the January Meeting of the Parish Council held at the same location and expected to start at 7.30 pm. There will be a 15 minute Open Forum prior to the commencement of the Meeting, if any issues are not covered in either of the two Agendas.

Projects for 2026/27-To agree any Projects to be included in budget for new financial year;
Budget/Precept-To agree the budget and precept for the new financial year;
ELIF GRASSroots Scheme-Item deferred from November Meeting;
Little Cawthorpe History Project-To note any expenditure made from the £1000 grant received from ELDC and progress to date;
Overhanging/Dangerous Trees Update-Any appropriate Member to report;
Pond Improvements-To note any decisions made during the Special Meeting held prior to this Parish Council Meeting;
Village Plan-Item requested by Vice-Chairman.
