MEETING – CHANGE OF DATE
Dear Councillors
Notice is hereby given that the next meeting of the Council will now be held on Wednesday 22nd September 2021 at the Pool Room of The Royal Oak, Little Cawthorpe at 7.30 pm. There will be a 15 minute Open Forum prior to the commencement of the Meeting.
This Meeting was originally due to be held on 8th September 2021, but has had to be moved due to a Parish Council Member availability matter.

Noticeboard – To note that the Men’s Shed have made an offer to repair the noticeboard for the sum of £120 and to agree whether to accept this offer at the cost advised. To note receipt of a £60 donation towards this project;
Pond Improvements – To note work to be carried out in September;
Projects – To consider any action to be taken.
